Sam Kimmins, Director of Energy at Climate Group, Visited Fenghai Company
On October 24, 2025, Sam Kimmins, Director of Energy at Climate Group, visited Fenghai Company, accompanied by Deputy General Manager Xu Weiguo.
The delegation toured Fenghai’s 10,000m³ per day new energy seawater desalination demonstration project exhibition hall, desalination workshop, and bottling workshop, gaining deep insights into the company’s core businesses, technological strengths, and domestic and international market expansion. During the inspection, Mr. Kimmins focused on the practical application scenarios and operating modes of the new energy desalination system and inquired about the bottled water production process. He noted that vigorously developing green energy—such as wind and solar power—is a vital pathway to achieving net-zero emissions and advancing sustainable development.
Mr. Xu expressed his appreciation for The Climate Group’s visit and interest. He stated that Fenghai is willing to share its technological achievements and practical experience in the “new energy + seawater desalination” field with partners around the world, contributing jointly to global climate action and addressing water scarcity challenges. Both sides expressed their expectation to explore future cooperation opportunities in related areas and to work together to promote the global adoption of green and low-carbon technologies.
