Fenghai Participated in the First Egypt-China Investment Forum and Delivered Keynote Speech
The First China–Egypt Investment Forum was held on the afternoon of November 9 in Cairo. Jointly hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), and the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association, the forum aims to build a platform for dialogue and explore new growth areas for investment cooperation.
Invited as a participating enterprise, Fenghai’s Chairwoman Kong Qingyun delivered a keynote speech. She introduced the company’s original aspiration, mission, business profile, and global experience in new energy seawater desalination, and outlined Fenghai’s strategic plan and implementation pathway in Egypt based on the country’s natural endowments and national development strategies.

Kong emphasized that Fenghai’s technological direction and development vision are highly aligned with Egypt’s national strategies. She stated that Fenghai will use the forum as an important opportunity to advance its model of “clean energy + desalination + localized cooperation,” accelerate market expansion, consolidate the foundation for collaboration, and contribute to Egypt’s Vision 2030 while strengthening China–Arab and China–Africa cooperation.
During the forum, Fenghai also held in-depth discussions with representatives of Chinese and Egyptian enterprises and Egyptian government, exploring cooperation opportunities in new energy and water resource management.
