On March 24th, Qian Fangli, the director from China service outsourcing research center of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) came to Dafeng for investigation. Zhu Yiming, the deputy director of Jiangsu provincial department of commerce and our district leader Song Yong and Luo Qiang accompanied to the investigation.

East No.1 Creativity Industrial Park is an industrial design center of national level and a five star public service platform, gathering 52 famous enterprises including Ivy League universities in the United States, DeTao Group, etc, over 200 high-end designers from home and abroad. It carries out deep university-industry-research cooperation with several colleges and universities. By 2015, the total projects has amounted to over 700 and the production value for project design has reached 120 million RMB. Qian Fangli visited the comprehensive hall for industrial design and also the 3D printing center with great interest to know about the planning and construction of Phase II Project. She fully affirmed the beautiful cultural environment, complete equipment for commercial activities in the industrial park and the achievements in promoting the integration of industrial design and manufacturing industry.She hoped that this park should take the advantage of brand effect by actively joining in the market and the design service and set an example in service outsourcing to make a bigger contribution to regional economic transformation and development.

Dafeng Port Cross-boarder E-commerce Industry Incubation Hub was co-founded by Dafeng Port, National Human Resources Institute for Service Outsourcing from Tsinghua University, Beijing Tapartner E-commerce Service Co., Ltd. Now the market development and talent training work has been done. It has signed contract with 16 enterprises and offers free service for 66 enterprises. After inspecting the internal environment of the hub and learning about the operation of the hub, Qian Fangli gave a good appraisal on the development of e-commerce in our district and she also hoped that our district should take the full advantage of port city and accelerate the formation of the complete B2B industry chains and the cross-boarder trade e-commerce service center (mainly between northern Jiangsu and South Korea) with convenient and fast customs clearance, efficient logistics, low cost and industry agglomeration, finally forming a sustainable cross-boarder e-commerce ecosphere. 

During the investigation, Qian Fangli also inspected the container dock in Dafeng Port and new energy seawater desalination industry demonstration park. She has praised the achievements of our district on actively supporting “Belt and Road” strategy by accelerating the development of coastal areas led by port and greatly pushing the strategic emerging industries to go out.
